Non-Contact Boxing

Boxing training is recognised as one of the best ways to get in shape and achieve a well-conditioned, sculpted physique.

Our Non-contact Boxing sessions provide you with the opportunity to reap all the benefits of boxing training, without having to spar, which is so often the concern of the average gym user, not looking to becoming the next heavy weight Champion of the World!

Sparring is available to experienced participants, looking to take their training to another level, but it is not part of the regular training session, and by no means compulsory.

 

Our sessions focus on technique and conditioning with participants learning all the finer points of the noble art. Pad work drills and bag work are an integral part of every session, which Coach McBride keen to devote part of each session to work one to one with everyone.

The last 15 minutes of a session is traditionally our Cardio Blast – a fantastic high-energy way to end the session. Do not worry about what level you are starting at. It does not matter if you are out of shape, or have not trained for a while. Take things at your own pace, get used to the training, and before you know it, you’ll be leading from the front!
